Yes No. Sorry this didn't help. Thanks for your feedback. I know you mentioned uninstalling the device, but I thought another try after installing the Intel driver might be helpful But it won't if it is another controller If you have one, you might check if it is working..

I tried uninstalling and restarting again with no luck once again. I was able to find my USB controller in system information and the Intel is the only controller. My machine is having trouble recognizing my mouse, although I'm not sure whether it's the USB port itself or the mouse dongle since my phone's charger cable works fine. Unplugging the mouse does not remove the error from the device manager. I have an older Intel machine, but from what I can tell, you are missing the actual Intel Chipset..
